CANCELLATION POLICY.
Each appointment at Nacré Hair Studio Inc. is intentionally reserved as a private, one-on-one experience. To protect this dedicated time and maintain the quality of our service, we require the following:
• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or cancelled within this window will incur a 50% service fee, even if rebooked.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Payment is required prior to scheduling future appointments.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@nacrehairstudio.com.
This policy is strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made.
REFUND POLICY.
All completed services are non-refundable once a consent form has been signed. Confirmation of an appointment indicates acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Should you have any concerns with your service, please contact Nacré Hair Studio Inc. via email within 5–7 days of your appointment so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate solution.
